Brendan Rhim (Project Echelon Racing) received the stage 4 on the Tour de Beauce in a downtown circuit race round Quebec City.
Rhim, who received the general title throughout the 2019 version of the Tour de Beauce, outsprinted Sean Christian (Aevolo) and Tom Paquet (N’Side).
The basic classification stays unchanged after the 35-lap circuit race with Josh Burnett (MitoQ-NZ Cycling Project) sporting the chief’s jersey into the finale stage 5 on Sunday, 44 seconds forward of Tyler Stites (Project Echelon Racing), 52 seconds forward of Ian López (Aevolo).
