Sea Otter Classic 2024 Tech Gallery: A full gear round-up

Hordes of biking followers shuffled by way of the serpentine aisles of the Sea Otter Classic this weekend for the thirty fourth version of the four-day pageant of biking.

With 70,000 attendees and a record-setting 1100 distributors, the affect of the weekend was not misplaced on the handfuls of manufacturers that launched merchandise every morning.

In the dusty depths of the Laguna Seca Raceway infield, there was a wholesome mixture of legacy and novel manufacturers to peruse. The huge three drivetrain manufacturers: Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo have been arduous to overlook, whereas newcomers like LTwoo gathered crowds of riders searching for budget-focused gear. Giant, Trek, and Specialized had tents large enough to encapsulate these of smaller, modern groups like Sage Titanium, Chandi Bicycles, and a refreshed Parlee Cycles. And even French wheel maker Mavic returned for the primary time in years with a contemporary providing of highway and gravel wheelsets.
