Mads Pedersen accomplished the Lidl-Trek domination of the Deutschland Tour by successful stage 4 and securing the general title on the ultimate day.
Danny van Poppel (Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe) completed second and Luke Lamperti (Soudal-QuickStep) took third in Saarbrücken from the entrance group of 9 riders.
